London … paper chains, a magic lantern and two large marrows: some of the stunning installations making up Sculpture in the City London 2016

It’s July 2016, and with less bankers and traders presently around the financial district of London – hopefully because it’s the Summer holidays and not in response to the recent EU referendum result – the artists have moved in. London’s golden square mile has once again become the host for Sculpture in the City, an annual public art event where international artists showcase their latest installations around the iconic Gherkin, Lloyds of London and the Leadenhall Building (more fondly known as The Cheesegrater). Access is free to all and the event runs until September.

As well as my attempts at artistic photography, I have also taken video footage of some of this year’s pieces (it’s only five minutes long).
